Rickmans Corner is leading the Linton Greenways Walk on Saturday 16th May as part of the National Forest Walking Festival for 2026.   Booking for this event is essential via contact@Rickmanscorner.co.uk.  

This is a led circular Walk starting from Rickmans Corner Car park at 10 a.m. and passing through Foxley Wood, Linton, Coton Park, Cauldwell, Rosliston and Botany Bay, walking through farmland and wildflower meadows and on through Penguin Wood, Top Wood and Long Close Wood returning to Linton Village.  At just over 6 miles this walk is estimated to take around 2.5 hours to complete - it is considered to be 'Leisurely' meaning the route is suitable for reasonably fit people and may include some unsurfaced rural paths and there is one stile.   Suitable walking shoes, clothing and drinking water are essential.
